Our Company
Led by Chief Designer, Mr. Lee Frandsen, we strive to please the customer, and to meet their requirements and goals. Mr. Frandsen
is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Lee has over 35 years experience in the Aerospace Industry; 1) designing and developing airplane components and systems and 2) developing winning proposals for major companies including Sundstrand,
Pratt & Whitney, and Honeywell/AlliedSignal.
He taught computer courses at Scottsdale Community College for over 3 years before he established Frandsen Consulting Services.
His web design skills include HTML, XHTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, and MYSQL.
Lee is personally involved in every design and is the main contact with our customers.
He looks forward working with you as a customer.

Affordable Website Design
Frandsen Consulting Services has created affordable websites for both non-profit organizations and small business companies. We can do this for the following 3 reasons;

- We have a low overhead (low expenses)
- We never take on more jobs than we can handle.
We do it right the first time!
We design websites of any size. One of our largest sites is a non-profit (503-c3) firm in Florida (see website). This large site presented many navigational challenges during the website design because of it's many webpages-37 in all. We decided on a drop-down menu with submenus to let visitors easily navigate from page to page. Alao, a large form, complete with required field checks and a re-captcha to reduce spam, allows lawyers to communicate often and efficiently.
Another challenge during the website design was to find an efficient way for people seeking legal assistance to find help quickly, read what is available, and then get the aid they need using the website. Our customer is very satisfied with the results, as we continue to maintain the website and up-date it as they require. We can do the same for you.
The other end of the spectrum in website design is a company that wants an affordable, simple, straightforward site. Take for example, the small businessman or someone who is just starting out and trying to grow their business. One of our small business website designs was for (Clean-Tec). They came to us with a limited budget. We offered them four (4) pages and showed them why 4 pages would give them the coverage they needed. And they were very happy with our price. In the website design phase, we determined the features that gave their customer's the most benefit and presented them in an effective way. We will use the same process for your website design.
